AMETEK Land, Land Instruments International Ltd, formally announces that with immediate effect the System 4 based AUTO POUR System, including all variants, will be discontinued from new product sales and replaced by the new SPOT Meltmaster(MM) Application Pyrometer together with the existing SPOT accessories.
No additional System 4 processor (LMG MKII) is required for the SPOT MM. The new SPOT MM includes all processing functions within the instrument, being accessible through the instrument or a webserver.
Whilst stopped from new product sales the AUTO POUR system is still fully supported by our qualified field and factory service teams and our internal technical support engineers until it becomes obsolete on 31st December 2027. As the AUTO POUR system is based on an actual System 4 R1 ratio pyrometer and the LMG MKII, all current accessories will continue to remain available.
