Equipped with a high-performance processor, the LSP-HD scanners swiftly process measurement data during scanning, achieving 1000 samples at speeds of up to 150 lines per second. The detectors, featuring a rotating mirror element and an internal calibration source, ensure remarkable reliability even in the toughest industrial environments, operating 24/7 with unparalleled measurement homogeneity and accuracy.
Featuring 14 freely configurable measuring zones, the LSP-HD scanners facilitate continuous data acquisition for precise process control. The scanning process generates a highly homogeneous thermal image from temperature profiles, used for visualization, further processing, process control, and documentation.
The LSP-HD scanners operate autonomously through an on board processor, allowing direct connectivity with I/O modules, a PLC, or the advanced scanner process software WCA. For quick and easy configuration and connection to existing process controls, the LSPro CONFIGURATION software is available, offering a user-friendly interface and can be freely downloaded from our website.
