While LAND operates three ISO/IEC 17025 certified service centres in the USA, India, and the UK, all repairs and calibrations performed at our other service centres are fully traceable to ISO/IEC 17025 standards. This traceability is ensured through the use of calibrated equipment and reference standards that conform to ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
As the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), traceability is maintained through documented procedures and verified standards. Each calibration includes:
- Identification of the device and its serial number
- Documentation of calibration dates and conditions (as found/as left)
- Conformance to manufacturer specifications
- Use of procedures and standards traceable to national or international references (e.g., UKAS or equivalent)
- Verification of calibration accuracy and environmental conditions
- Personnel qualifications and competency records for those performing the calibrations
This approach ensures consistent quality and reliability across all LAND service centres, regardless of certification status.
