If you need to return an instrument to us for warranty, repair, calibration/certification or routine maintenance, we’ll send it back to you fully tested and complete with a certificate of conformity.
Please ensure that you have completed
product maintenance on your product prior to completing the RMA form.
Please read our
Equipment Return Policy before completing any RMA Authorization Request Form. No material can be accepted by an AMETEK LAND office without the RMA Authorization Form being completed and a Returns Authorization Number being received by the customer due to local Health and Safety Legislation at all offices.
RMA AUTHORIZATION REQUEST FORM
To return an instrument for either warranty, repairs, calibration/certification or routine maintenance work, please complete a RMA form by selecting your location on one of the two options below.
The Returns Process:
- Our customer services team will contact you with your RMA Authorization Number and further instructions.
- Follow these instructions for product shipment.
- Products will be returned to you fully tested and complete with a certificate of conformity.
- An optional more comprehensive certification/calibration certificate can be supplied where requested.

Product Maintenance
To ensure that we are offering the best possible service to you and your equipment, please first read the maintenance sections of the specific product user guides to ensure that the problem is not a result of routine maintenance requirements. This includes lens/window cleaning from dirt, grease and other application contaminants.

product.
Should the product still need to be returned after routine maintenance has been performed, please complete a
RMA AUTHORIZATION REQUEST FORM.
Please note that charges may apply for equipment returned with issues that could have been avoided by routine maintenance.
