Hot Glue Laminating

This process combines heat, pressure and adhesive to apply lamination to a non-woven fabric. Accurate temperature measurements can confirm that the bond between the laminate layer and the fabric is strong, supporting product quality.

The hot glue is evenly distributed across the substrate surface, and the laminate layer is rolled onto the substrate under pressure. To ensure a high-quality surface finish, precision scanning can monitor the surface to ensure a uniform glue layer.

Monitoring across the moving process ensures that the hot glue is evenly distributed for application to the fabric. This supports uniform lamination. Temperature measurements confirm that the correct heat is used for a high-standard bond, ensuring a long-lasting laminate layer.
