Justin Smith
Division Vice President Business Unit Manager PM&I
Justin is Division Vice President and Business Unit Manager of AMETEK Process Measurement & Inspection. Previously, Justin held the positions of Vice President of Operational Excellence (2011-2015) and Director of Operational Excellence (2006-2011) for the Process and Analytical Instruments Division with AMETEK, Inc. Justin held several senior global supply chain and Lean/Sigma management positions and worked for Irwin Industrial Tools part of the Newell Rubbermaid Group and Stanley Works group before beginning his career with AMETEK.

David Primhak
Division Vice President and Business Manager
David joined AMETEK Land in 2019 as Director of Development and Product Management. Previously he held the positions of Sales and Marketing Director at GeoSLAM, Sales Director at Fluke Corporation and spent 10 years earlier with AMETEK Land in a variety of technical and customer-facing sales roles. David is a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Engineering and Technology, holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Engineering from the University of Exeter and an MSc in Engineering and Management from Sheffield Hallam University.

Phil Doyle
Aftermarket, Director
Phil Doyle joined AMETEK Land in 2013 as Customer Service Director. Phil is responsible for the Global Customer Service Team, which includes inside sales, order management/logistics and after-sales. Prior to joining the company Phil held several senior Customer Service positions in the USA, most notably at Avaya and Wavecom. Prior to locating to the USA, Phil was Supply Chain Manager at Sony Ericsson and was with the company for over 4 years in various management roles. Phil holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Technology & Management from the University of Bradford.

Peter Drögmöller
Director of Innovation and Technology
Peter holds the position as Director of Innovation and Technology for AMETEK Land. Since joining in 2008 he held several Director level positions in Business Development, Design Engineering and Product Management. Peter has worked in several engineering and managerial positions within the non-contact temperature measurement instrumentation industry in Germany and the US since 1996. He holds a doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering from the Dresden University of Technology.

Colin Mearns
Division Vice President and Business Unit Controller
Colin was the Finance Director of AMETEK Land until April 2022, when he was promoted to the Division Vice President and Business Unit Controller. Prior to joining the company, he was the Finance Director at Northern Engineering (Sheffield) Limited for five years, where he was responsible for all operational finance matters at its facilities in the UK and USA. Before joining Northern Engineering (Sheffield) Limited, Colin held several senior financial positions, most notably at CCL Label, Jarvis Porter PLC, and PwC (where he attained his ICAS Chartered Accountant qualification). Colin received a BA in Business Studies from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen.

Alan Tarry
Director of Operations,
Alan has been AMETEK Land’s Operations Director since January 2015. Whilst being responsible for a wide variety of areas, Alan's main focus is on Operational Excellence, Value Engineering and Value Analysis. Prior to joining AMETEK Land, he was the Operations Director EMEA at Thomas & Betts for 7 years where he was responsible for a team of 600 employees. Before his appointment to Operations Director, Alan was a Plant Manager for 6 years and an Operations Manager for 3 years at Thomas & Betts. Alan holds an ONC & HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from Doncaster Technical College.

Nancy Bradbury
Director of Human Resources,
Nancy joined AMETEK Land in October 2021 as Director of Human Resources and is responsible for developing synergies and the HR strategy across all international locations and supporting the management team in actively coaching and developing the future leaders in the organisation. Before joining AMETEK Land, Nancy was HR Director, Europe & Asia at Tecomet, Inc. She holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University.

Sevican Celik
Global Legal Director
Sevican has a long history of legal support and joined AMETEK in January 2016 as the Global Legal Affairs Manager for AMETEK Surface Vision. Since then, she has expanded her skills to direct overall legal functions for both AMETEK Land and AMETEK Surface Vision. Globally oriented legal affairs driver, she leads negotiation of international contracts, researches and evaluates different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations, manages internal governance policies, monitors compliance with laws, mitigates legal conflicts, and is fluent in English, German, French and Turkish.
“In the last 15 years, I have built a reputation as a trusted senior legal counsel providing comprehensive legal support in contracts, corporate governance, human resources, finance, marketing, regulatory compliance, and tax across multiple entities in Europe, Middle East, Asia, and the US. With a strong knowledge of common and civil law in various jurisdictions, I advise internal clients on legal and applicable commercial issues. In addition, I actively participate in highly strategic projects that deliver large revenue and operational savings.”
