The MWIR-B-640 is a radiometric infrared borescope thermal imaging camera, that allows you to view the live processes inside a furnace, boiler or incinerator, whilst simultaneously providing over 300,000 accurate temperature readings.
Working in the midwave infrared range, the MWIR-B-640 is an ideal tool for challenging environments where temperatures reach up to 1800°C, and there might be a high concentration of particulate matter and debris along with corrosive gases and chemicals.
Being able to easily replace the protection window allows for quick and cost-effective maintenance, ensuring the borescope remains functional and protected without creating significant down time or cost. Operators or local maintenance teams can complete the replacement on site, eliminating the need to ship the equipment back to a repair center which can become costly and create unwanted delays.
Take a look at our product repair training video, demonstrating an unsung feature of our MWIR-B-640 thermal imaging borescope – the replaceable protection window.
To replace the protection window, all you have to do is take the borescope out of the cooling jacket and follow the simple steps shown in the video. Within minutes you can replace the lens and re-install the equipment.
Due to LAND®’s precision design and manufacture quality, there is no need to recalibrate the equipment when the protective window is replaced, with no impact on accuracy or repeatability of the measurements.
The MWIR-B-640 is the ideal choice if you are looking for a rugged yet accurate instrument that you can rely upon, to visualise and monitor the temperature of your processes.
