LAND is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Tennis as Manager, Business Development, Americas.
Stephen brings extensive experience across the heat processing and industrial measurement sectors, having held a range of senior sales and leadership roles throughout his career.
His background combines strong technical knowledge with a practical, relationship‑focused approach to business development, shaped by years of working closely with customers, partners, and regional teams.
In his new role, Stephen's primary responsibilities will include driving business development and revenue growth across the Americas, with a strong focus on expanding our presence in key strategic markets. This includes developing and executing regional growth strategies, strengthening, and expanding our channel partner ecosystem, supporting key account development efforts, and providing direct leadership for the Americas Regional Sales Managers.
Stephen’s experience spans global key account leadership, regional sales management, and technical sales roles, giving him a well‑rounded understanding of customer needs and market dynamics across diverse industrial environments. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution Engineering from Texas A&M University, as well as a Master of Management from the University of Phoenix.
