LAND will be exhibiting at AISTech 2026, North America’s largest annual iron and steel technology conference and exposition, taking place May 4 to 6.
The event brings together the global steel community to share ideas, explore practical technologies and connect with the people shaping the future of the industry.
Each year,
AISTech welcomes more than 8,000 professionals from over 40 countries, representing steel producers, suppliers, academia, and students. It is a place where experience meets fresh thinking, and where conversations on the show floor often lead to long term partnerships and new opportunities across the steel value chain.

At booth #1820,
LAND will be showcasing their established range of
temperature measurement technologies designed specifically for iron and steel applications. Visitors will be able to see how accurate and reliable temperature measurement supports safer operations, improved process control and consistent product quality in some of the industry’s most demanding environments.
Featured on the stand will be a range of industry leading technologies, including the
Cyclops L handheld pyrometer. Widely used across steelmaking operations worldwide, the
Cyclops L is designed for fast, non-contact temperature measurements and provides operators with confidence when working around furnaces, ladles and other harsh environments.

LAND will also be showcasing their
Slag Detection System, which helps steel producers reduce metal loss, improve yield and support cleaner tapping practices. By providing timely and reliable slag detection, the system gives operators greater insight at critical moments in the process and supports informed decision making where it matters most.
LAND will be exhibiting alongside
AMETEK Surface Vision as part of a joint booth. Visitors will be able to see how
temperature measurement and
surface inspection technologies can work seamlessly together. AMETEK Surface Vision will be showcasing its surface inspection systems and illustrating how defect data can be combined with thermal insights to provide a clearer picture of process and product performance.
This collaborative approach reflects LAND’s focus on supporting steel producers with practical, proven technologies that address real operational challenges. Bringing these solutions together at
AISTech offers visitors a more complete view of how connected measurement technologies can support modern steel production.
LAND looks forward to welcoming visitors to booth #1820 to share expertise, discuss challenges and explore how trusted temperature measurement solutions continue to support iron and steel operations worldwide.
