Pioneering Dronfield company AMETEK Land has partnered with Dronfield Henry Fanshawe School to support its education and engineering department.

LAND for Local YouthAMETEK Land is proud to announce the beginning of a new partnership with Dronfield Henry Fanshawe School, demonstrating a shared commitment to fostering quality education and empowering young minds.

This collaboration marks the start of an exciting journey where AMETEK Land will actively engage with the school, providing students and parents valuable insights into the company including field trips to the Dronfield headquarters, educational workshops, work experience and proactively inviting applications for apprenticeship placements.

AMETEK Land has offered £600 in sponsorshop funds to Dronfield Henry Fanshawe school as part of this collaboration. This sum will be dedicated to establishing the electronics element of the schools A-level course, enabling the acquisition of microcontrollers, and facilitating hands-on learning opportunities for students to delve into the fascinating world of electronics and engineering.
