LAND has built extensive facilities to provide a comprehensive range of after sales services to assist customers in obtaining the best performance from our temperature measurement systems. These include a UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) accredited calibration facility in the UK and a NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) traceable laboratory in the USA, with repair stations for in-house product support.

The LAND calibration laboratories in the UK and USA are approved to the international standard ISO 17025.

Along with both in-house and on-site training, we also recognise the need for on-site support and provide full calibration, servicing and product commissioning facilities to all our customers.

ON-SITE SERVICE AND TRACEABLE CALIBRATION

LAND is also able to extend the calibration facilities to the customers workplace by carrying out on-site calibration. This ensures maximum operating efficiency and quality performance standards. It is recommended that the calibration is carried out in conjunction with an on-site servicing visit.

This service is performed by fully trained engineers using approved, traceable calibration equipment.

COMMISSIONING

A team of qualified engineers is available to assist in the commissioning of all LAND infrared temperature measuring products where required.

Commissioning is a very important aspect of satisfactory and long term performance, particularly where continuity of the production process depends on the reliability of the system.

Product servicing is also available to help maintain optimum performance from LAND products.

REPAIRS

Full in-house facilities are available for the repair of LAND products.

A fast turn around can be provided to coincide with plant shut downs. The products are returned to the customer fully tested and complete with a certificate of conformity.

An optional more comprehensive UKAS calibration certificate can be supplied where requested.
