LAND has unrivalled experience in providing continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEM systems) to meet exact customer requirements.
Long-standing and successful partnerships have been established with contractors and end-users worldwide.
All applications are considered on an individual basis, with each solution engineered and documented to meet the specific requirements of the project.
What parameters can we measure
Can our standard products meet your requirements
Do you require a bespoke design
Do you require System Data Acquisition and Reporting?
Do you need to meet a specific monitoring standard e.g. EN 14181?
Do you require performance approvals for the monitoring system e.g. TÜV or MCerts?
LAND has successfully designed and engineered Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEM Systems) for a wide range of applications all over the world. LAND has been manufacturing industrial instrumentation for over 60 years
What parameters can we measure?
LAND has a wide range of products capable of monitoring most pollutant gases, these include: CO, O2, NO, NOx, CO2, SO2, NO2, CxHy, H2O. Additionally we can monitor dust emissions, gas flow and sulphuric acid dewpoint temperatures.
Can our standard products meet your requirements?
A CEM or AMS system in terms of number of gases measured and data reporting, can often be met by a single product from our product range. The solution does not need to be a systems integration exercise. Our product range includes:
Do you require a bespoke system designing?
LAND’s systems engineering team has provided systems to meet the most exacting application requirements. Planning is the fundamental step in providing an engineered solution.
This project phase will include:
The post delivery plan will involve:
Does your CEM need to meet QAL 1 of EN 14181?
The inherent flexibility of our data acquisition and reporting systems (DAS), enable the reporting of measurement data to be tailored to meet exact requirements. Amongst others, the following standards and directives have all been considered when designing our DAS packages:
European Standard - EN14181
Does your CEM need to meet QAL 1 of EN 14181?
To comply with EN14181 a Continuous Emissions Monitoring (CEM) / Automated Measurement System (AMS) must be shown to meet QAL 1 requirements, that is it must meet certain performance characteristics (as stipulated in BS EN ISO 14956). Instrument performance must be validated in ALL cases by a field trial. MCerts and TÜV testing both provide this validation and meet the required standard. The certified instrument must also meet the monitoring requirements of the specific process or application.
LAND is ready and available to assist plant operators in meeting QAL 1 requirements by providing a comprehensive range of both MCerts and TÜV approved continuous emissions monitoring equipment.
Automated QAL 1 assessment
By using an automated QAL 1 assessment method we can quickly assess the suitability of monitoring equipment for your specific application. Our automated QAL 1 assessment system gives quick and definitive statements on product suitability.
Do you require Data Acquisition and Reporting ?
As compliance requirements continue to develop, the need for a sophisticated and reliable data acquisition system is becoming paramount. Local logging and reporting by general plant control systems are no longer cost effective.
We have a choice of highly flexible and fully configurable data acquisition and reporting systems for continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEM systems). One such system is CEMView, which has the inherent flexibility to meet the requirements of Environmental Regulation Authorities. The system can be tailored to allow data acquisition, analysis and reporting of emissions data to meet various requirements of the USA Environment Agency for Part 60 and 75 applications amongst others.
Do you require performance approvals for the monitoring?
Our products carry a wide range of approvals from leading certification bodies such as ASTM of the USA, USA Environment Agency, TÜV of Germany and MCerts from the UK Environment Agency; . For complete details of these approvals visit the product pages or view the complete list at Product Performance Approvals and Standards.
